By using Kimchily, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

You may use Kimchily only for lawful purposes and only for content you own, have permission to download, or are otherwise legally allowed to save.

Prohibited use

Do not use Kimchily to infringe copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
Do not use Kimchily to access private, restricted, or unauthorized content.
Do not overload, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
Do not redistribute downloaded media in a way that violates applicable law or platform terms.

Temporary processing

Kimchily processes supported public URLs and stores generated files temporarily for download. Temporary files may be deleted at any time, including after the normal expiration window or in response to abuse reports.

No affiliation

Kimchily is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that every public URL can be processed or that the service will be uninterrupted.
