Kimchily is intended for lawful personal archiving, creator backups, and other permitted uses of public Instagram posts and reels. Users are responsible for making sure they own the content or have permission to download it.

Report a copyright concern

Email hello@kimchily.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice" and include:

Your name and contact information.
The copyrighted work you believe is affected.
The Instagram URL or Kimchily URL related to the report.
A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

Abuse handling

Kimchily may remove temporary files, restrict access, or block abusive use when we receive credible reports or detect misuse.
